Toshiba PSAKCE-A300D temperature edit bios request

Unlocked BIOS PHOENIX v3.30 from neighbor thread.
Hello. I have a problem. This model of TOSHIBA has such "cool staff" - the videochip is in place like a cutlet in 'Big Mac' and by the same copper tube is united with the CPU. So temperature of videochip is always about ~6-8°C higher than the CPU temperature.

So I need a help. Can someone please edit the temperature trigger for cooler in bios?
Simple words, I would like that the speed on >=40°C will be same as it on ~60°C now... but if it is not a problem - can you write here what a cooler trigger temperatures are in bios now before you'll edit them ? - then I can suppose which values I would like to be set exactly.

I know that I simple can cut the yellow wire of the cooler... but this is the last way.

Because of total ignorance from the side of this forum, I tried to to cut the "yellow" wire - this is no use, the fan is not spinning when one of the wires is cut. I soldered these wires to USB - brown to "+" and black to "-". Yeah, I got the constant full speed with KSB0505HA, but this is no use too - the temperature is about 70° on 100% CPU.
As a verdict - all Toshiba Satellite PSAKCE A300D line is doomed to be overheated and burned... or maybe the only A300D-158 model.
