[UNLOCK REQUEST] Dell Latitude E5420 A14

i have a Latitude E5420 any i plan and oil cooling it and installing a ssd. But first I would be glad if i could over clock so that is why i have come here.

Now if any one out there would be so kind as to unlock my bios i would be glad
