You didnt provided DEN and VEN of stock adapter.
As i said before, tell Oleh (expert of whitelist modding) about your trouble, he can help you!

What i read in  Dell Latitude E5530 Manual is:
Remove the computer cover.
Locate the 2-pin password connector (PSWD) on the system board.
Remove the 2-pin jumper plug and set the jumper plug aside.
Replace the computer cover.
Connect your keyboard and mouse, then connect your computer and monitor to electrical outlets and turn them on.
