How to change boot logo UEFI

Hello,
first, i am a total noob when it comes to bios modding so please dont use abbreviations too much when (hopefully) answering.

So, for some time now i tried to change my bootlogo to a custom one but failed.
furthest i have come so far was not having a boot logo at all anymore, which of course was not intended.

i got an Asrock z78 pro3 with this uefi version and i am running win10x64

i have googled for hours and tried a lot of things but none of them worked.
i found out you need to get into bios modding to change it and that´s why im here asking for advice.
when searching this forum i, of course found tutorials on how to change boot logos, but they were filled with so much abbreviations that i surrendered and filled out the registration form

i attached an image of what i want to customize to not run into misunderstandings
hopefully someone is generous enough to help me and explain what i have to do.
