Flash Any Bios Without Screen,Vision

Hi everyone firstly sorry my  bad english .. So i have a huge problem. İf its possible can we flash any bios without screen or vision ?

I have a laptop z580 ( intel with gt 635m ) and i try something after that i disabled my 2 graphic cards so i cant see anything, how can i flash bios without graphic cards ?

Easy fix
pres Novo button with laptop turned off (beside power button)
Press Down Key x1

Press Enter Key x1

Press Right Key x4

Press Down Key x4

Press Enter Key x4

That should reset BIOS settings and work again

Press Enter Key x1( i start this one)
Press Right Key x4
Press Down Key x4
