ideapad 305 BIOS extract from .exe

I am have alot of trouble locating the BIOS (A8CN54WW) for Lenovo ideapad 305-15IBD.
 Lenvo website has the .exe file for me to install via windows but i need the BIOS inside the .exe but useing 7zip i have extracted what is in the .exe but cannot seem to find the BIOS rom.

Also would any one know what the file name of the rom should to boot from USB via fn + R
