Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

How can it be true, when I was able to updating bios from CDCN53WW to CDCN54WW via official update package from lenovo support?

Only one thing I need to do, is enable hotplug on my PCI port. I try this using EFI shell, setup_var, but I receiving "error: can't set variable using EFI  (error: 0x00..01a)". Do I get this error because bios is protected against rewriting?

Any body has ROM or BIN file of CDCN54WW? I need it as i got my laptop lenovo Y700-17ISK bricked for faliure updating. Now my laptop just shows a black screed but the machine is still working. I wanna make a recovery BIOS USB using the BIN or ROM Bios file. Please help me

You can extract it from the *.exe installer with InnoExtract and WinRAR.

Open CMD Run as administrator, and navigate to "DESC_ME_Unlock" folder
To unlock descriptor and ME, in CMD window, type:

laptop restart and ME + descriptor is unlocked. Audio sound chipset of laptop not working.

HI I have a Lenovo Y700-15isk that has the password lock, i forgot it is it bricked i don't have the receipt so i can't go to Lenovo. I am very much willing to donate to your work but how much and are you able to get passed a password lock? Any help would be appreciated. thx
