Unlock needed for Hackintosh - would this be able to disable WiFi Whitelist and change DVMT-prealloc to 128MB?

Hello!
I have a Lenovo Y50-70 laptop with 4k screen. It's running the latest BIOS from Lenovo: 3.03. I'd like to be able to change the refresh rate of the display from 48Hz to 60Hz, plus any other advanced features that you commonly unlock.
