[Help] Samsung NP535 BIOS Unlock
#1
Hi, people! I have Samsung NP535 laptop with AMI Aptio 4 UEFI BIOS. And I have several problems:

1. Like in this thread, AmiBCP is useless... The same problem: changes not saving.
2. SATA-III mode is locked in BIOS.
3. UEFI mode is not working. I can't boot in UEFI mode: looks like it's disabled... But I enabled it in BIOS.

Can anyone inspect? I will attach my BIOS dump.

Test my mod.

If my mod can unlock extra tab Advanced、Chipset and Boot ,please capture screen of them.

You wanna uefi boot ,can going to new boot tab>>CSM parameters sub menu to adjust.
It also has a option "CSM Support" on boot tab.

Sata iii need hardware support ,so doesn't think too much.

Thank you, I will try tomorrow.

Yes, my chipset supports SATAIII, but it's disabled in BIOS. Sad

Yes, thank you, additional tabs appeared! Will test UEFI soon. I captured unlocked tabs for you:

But really I disappointed that there are no SATA-III mode menu at all Sad I know, that my chipset is supporting it.

YES! It is working on 6 Gb/sec! The last one required step: there is a "Main" tab, which is actually still hidden. I changed parameters of highlighted fields as shown, flashed and got SATA-III. But w/o your BIOS it wasn't working.

My test2 bios already change these two option "Sata 6 AHCI Support" and "SATA MAXGEN2 CAP OPTION" , i spent some time to google information ,so i know these two option can get sata3 speed.
I know it on a MSI laptop forum.

Test my test3.
