Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

Hello all,
Looking for a solution to the problem, I came across your wonderful forum.
I have old Yoga 2 13 and the same problem with wifi - my piece is very unstable
When wont to change, i stuck on the white list.
I have original Intel 7260NGW BN an tested:
Intel 7260NGW AC
Intel 7265NGW
Intel 7260NGW AN from Lenovo Carbon x1
Thats dont work

Can You help me with my bios? In attachment i have ripped with spi from my motherboard.
Is there still an active link describing how to modify such files myself?
