No more mod is needed.

thank you very much for the help.

we did some tests on the machine ..
unfortunately with the x3230 the memory is slowed down ..
and the first time I see something like that.

we did some bench with aida64

reading memory is ok

4x Xeon X3230 2666 MHz  HP ProLiant ML110 G4 i3000 Dual DDR2-667 5-5-5-15      6518 MB/s

writing is a bit slow
4x Xeon X3230 2666 MHz  HP ProLiant ML110 G4 i3000 Dual DDR2-667 5-5-5-15      3316 MB/s

very slow copy
4x Xeon X3230 2666 MHz  HP ProLiant ML110 G4 i3000 Dual DDR2-667 5-5-5-15        612 MB/s

very high latency
4x Xeon X3230 2666 MHz  HP ProLiant ML110 G4 i3000 Dual DDR2-667 5-5-5-15        489.5 ns

the other bench on the cpu give all normal values
only one that is slowed is cpuphotoworks very
 memory intensive

the pc is very slow
with dual core processor everything is ok.

I had thought of some process that has been stalled or some driver incompatible with xeon.
the thing is really strange.

done.
unfortunately nothing has changed.
with xeon the memory is very slow.

so slow that dualcore is much faster.

we also tried to reinstall windows 10 but nothing has changed.
there must be some bios bugs. the memory benchmark values do not change. the same cpu mounted on another motherboard works perfectly. the cpu cache is active.

not having the pc on hand and every test I have to act as an intermediary.
I unfortunately have no more time to devote to this thing. I told my friend to write him directly on the forum.
thanks again for your help and for the time spent on the problem.
