Need help for amd power express boot fail

Hi

i have moded my bios a few days ago and new on that bios stuff un fortunatly.
I had some issues about my gpu ive made several changes in my moded bios for 2 days everything was ok yesterday i read something about AMD POWER EXPRESS option in bios and i disabled it in same tab there was some thing like dymamic graphic that i disabled too and last i enabled fx graphic or something like that

Saved and exit
That was the last time that i see my computer runing
After 3 or 4 times trying to run comp. Ive decided to disamble it and remove bios battery that did not worked too waited like 4 5 hours and pluged back nothing changed
Only the power led is on when i try to open it with battery, in ac the ac led and power leds working no other leds, 5 to 15 sec of waiting and fan goes on than it keeps on till i press power button i ve waited 30 min atleast to gave that comp chance to boot it self but... it did not boot not reset just a fan voice and power led nothing else

So i dont know what to do now
