Running the BIOS from another motherboard

Hello! Please help me solve the problem.
There are two bios from AMI Color from ancient motherboards. I want to make the BIOS work from the motherboard (industrial), the AAEON Technology SBC-350A board ('93 year), on mine, presumably it is an Auva Computer/Autocomputer NPM16-A0 (similar to the pictures on theretroweb, but completely different according to the instructions).
Both motherboards are based on the ALI M1217, both motherboards are based on the 386sx processor, but the BIOS functionality from the SBC-350A is much broader. I checked the bios operation in 86box on a Chaintech 3xxAX/AXB virtual motherboard, it starts well there, but the bios does not even issue a beep on my physical board. After looking at the file structure, I noticed that starting with F820, an offset of 2 bytes (pic1.png) began, perhaps because of this, the motherboard does not start, since everything above it is offset by 2 bytes. But then I don't understand why it starts without problems on 86box.
Please help me run this bios.
