Well, flash has work, if Turbo really works, i don't know, CPU-Z or other Tool shows max 3GHZ instead 3.3GHZ Turbo and Turbo Boost has enlabled in Bios :/

More is not possible, i think, maybe with the correct ASUS Bios, that fit on this Pegatron Board, but which Bios from ASUS can work with this Board?!

Reflash BIOS with FPT & FLASH OVERRIDE jumper.

Then load optimal values in BIOS.
Make CPU-Z TXT report.

Optimal Values?? in which Category? ME or Advanced or Turbo or... Bios all "optimal Values" ??

Yes, IPMSB-GS-0400.ROM consists of ME region (2Mb) + BIOS region (2Mb). But jumper FLASH OVERRIDE prevents ME updating,
Load Optimal Defaults in BIOS.
And make a screenshot of HWMonitor at full CPU load.

Well, Turbo works now
I have same Intel Me 7.0.4.1197 Version, before i flashed from 0212 to Rom 400 Version, but Turbo works, not full Boost, just max 3192MHZ from max 3292MHZ

I will try next Days reflash with Flash Override, then maybe works Boost with max 3292MHZ..

You don't need to reflash BIOS. IPMSB-GS-0400.ROM has 7.0.4.1197 version too.
All seem to be OK. Turbo frequency for your CPU:
3300 MHz - only 1 core loads
3200 MHz - 2 or 3 cores load
3100 MHz - all cores load
Note: 3192MHZ is 3200 and 3292MHZ is 3300.

Well, i don't want to complain, Board, RAM and CPU was a gift, much better as my old PC S775

Is this motherboard BIOS capable of (U)EFI Boot? If so i want to install Windows 10 on it.
