Then open SocketPowerManagementConfig

OK. In SocketPowerManagementConfig change bytes on offsets:
0x3F: 01 -> 00
0x40: 02 -> 01
0x41: 01 -> 00

Well I am sorry, how can I find the 0x3F , 0x40 and 0x41? where is it these fields?

Good news. BD PROCHOT is disabled now.
Run RWEverything again.
Press CPU MSR registers button, press User list button or F5, type d=0x1a0, press Add, press Done.
