No, you're wrong for this platform. BCLK and PCIe Clock are independent.

I cannot type a dot value, the only values that can be typed in, are 0 to 255, and those cannot be saved when exiting BIOS.

And you can disable BCLK overclocking by Flash Image Tool (FITC) from Intel CSME System Tools v11

But I cannot save the set "Spread %" value, at the exit there is nothing appearing in the change list.
Is there a tutorial, how to use the Flash Image Tool ?

1. Download Intel CSME System Tools v11 and unpack.
2. Go to \Intel CSME System Tools v11 r36\Flash Image Tool\WIN32 and run fit.exe
3. Drug and drop firmware file (1E297121.bin) to opened window.
4. Click Integrated Clock Controller in left menu.
5. Go to Profile 0 and change Profile Type from OverClockingExt to Standard
6. Press Ctrl+B to build. Press Yes to disable Boot Guard
7. Go to \Intel CSME System Tools v11 r36\Flash Image Tool\WIN32 and take outimage.bin
8. Flash outimage.bin as usual.

I changed the Profile Type from OverClockingExt to Standard, but I'm still getting a BCLK of 102.7Mhz.
