Post a screenshot of third (Mainboard) tab of CPU-Z.
Did you (hardware) modified your motherboard for Tualatin support?

Hello, it has the last bios on and uses a powerleap for pentium III-s 1200, but it does not work smoothly in xp more or less it goes well but sometimes it slows down and in windows 7 it goes fatal, I think it is because it does not have the tualatin and microcodes it does not detect it well.

I have another pc with tualatin 1400 celeron and it is an abit bh6 and it runs very fluid windows xp and windows 7 having less memory (768mb) instead the asus has 1.5 gb of ram

Then......? Why is it so slow? It has 1.5gb of sdram ram at 1: 1 fsb, it is prone to windows, but it is strange because the xp sp3 works fine, but sometimes when you open the internet it slows down and goes super slow and in games it jerks. ... will it be a bottleneck for any component? What if I tell you that the bandwidth of the board is higher than the other abit bh6 motherboard and yet the other board works smoothly and works fine for me until resident evil 4 ... it will be a problem of controller? bus pci cpu to agp? What happens if it happens to me and it is rare that in windows all the irqs are in 9 (irq9) of the pci and agp peripherals, I have a usb 2.0 pci card with firewire, an ide sata conceptronic card and a card for rj45 10/100 / 1000 and the fx5500 graphics asus the pentium is III-s 1200, what can I do? and in windows 7 it puts all the irq in 9 (irq9) but in the bios I have them well configured in irq 10, irq3, irq7 and in the post they go well, it is in windows that you put them wrong, how strange, right?
