Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with your T8300.

The screen is black, there are also no error codes (beeping). I think that this bios doesnt have micrcodes for T8300

Current BIOS already has support for T8300 - https://browser.geekbench.com/geekbench2/2684466

Try this algorithm:
1) remove AC jack, Main Battery, and CMOS Battery
2) remove HDD and all DIMMs
3) install new CPU
4) wait 10 mins
5) press and hold power button for 30 sec.
6) install CMOS Battery and one DIMM only, inject AC jack (without Main Battery!)
7) try to boot your laptop.
P.S. Did you checked your new CPU in other laptop?

I just tried this alghoritm yesterday but it doesn't work. I doesn't have other laptop to check. There is any other metod to try the CPU? The seller checked the CPU before selling and it was ok.

Make and attach a good photo of your T8300.

I don't see any problems. So I think it's dead CPU.
