The BIOS has been posted before in the SLIC section (with unlocked menu's plus SLIC) but both links are dead.

Manufacturer:Gateway
Board: LT20
BIOS Version: 1.16
Release Date 2011/02/08
BIOS Link: http://global-download.gateway.com/GDFil...Y&SC=PA_6G

Please unlock "Advanced Settings". Thank you Smile

Hi there, I’m wondering if I could get a BIOS mod for my Gateway LT20 (https://www.notebookcheck.net/Gateway-LT...786.0.html). As far as I can tell, this is a lot like the Acer Aspire One d250 model. And the universal bios backup toolkit mentions it is an Acer BIOS with Insyde.

Namely, it’d be awesome to unlock the options for Advanced so I could change the graphics memory allocation and look into other BIOS options, and I want to swap the 3G miniPCIE module with a mSATA SSD.

I backed up the factory BIOS ROM, and flashed it with the newest version Gateway supports (https://global-download.gateway.com/GDFi...Y&SC=PA_6G).

I would appreciate any help or support. I can upload my ROM dumps if need be! And I’m willing to pay if that helps the cause ?

Xoxoxo

That's what happened after reboot? Please, try loading default setting.
