[REQUEST] Dell Optiplex 7000 SFF BIOS MOD Request

Hi all masters and and friends,
Currently I own a Dell OPtiplex  7000 SFF PC. All was good until I've decided to upgrade my installed RAM with a pair of Corsair Vengeance LPX CL16 2x16GB ones. I installed the modules but PC rejected booting with uncompatible RAM error. Later I searched on the internet and learned that many  RAM make and models are blacklisted. So here is my kind request: Is it possible to mod this Dell BIOS in order to support these RAM modules, unlock xmp profiles and make this PC support upcoming 14th gen intel CPUs?

@moderators: I'm so sorry if this is not the correct forum for Dell BIOS request because I couldn't find the correct type of this BIOS (AMI, AWARD, Insyde etc.). So please move this thread to correct section.
