Asus Rog Strix Scar 15 G533QS/G733QS Keyboard Bios Mod

Hey,

I have a Asus Rog Strix Scar 15 (G533QS) that had a motherboard die. I bought a new motherboard to fix the laptop but the one that arrived was for the 17inch model (G733QS). Both of the boards have the same revision number and part numbers, but because it's got the bios and firmware for the 17inch model some of the keyboard features do no work or register as something else.

I was hoping that someone would be able to take the keyboard firmware from the bios of a G533QS and plant that into the bios of the G733QS as I can't apply the G533QS Bios to the laptop, as Asus says is "Not a proper BIOS File" when trying to flash.

I have attached both Bios files (G533QS - Needed Keyboard) and (G733QS - Current motherboard that needs modding)

Hopefully someone will be able to do this or point me in the direction that I need to go to sort this and be able to use the keyboard fully.

only suggestion I can give you is just to use spi flash tool like CH341a or something to directly flash the 15" bios to the mobo
