i m looking for a BIOS mod for my old Dell Latitude C640 hoping to unlock a few features ...

( i pray for usb boot support )

and if you can point me to a way to edit the boot logo too ? thanx

EDIT: btw i ve searched on different website for this before posting ... didn t find anything execpt an old revision of the BIOS modded

This Dell does not use standard Phoenix BIOS. It use Dell BIOS.

mmm ok... but i m pretty sure i ve seen while searching the net for this that the dell bios for this model was based on phoenix bios that s why i posted here could be wrong tho

According to my thinking point of view the Dell latitude C640 integrates antenna for 802.11b wireless networking.it is very fast and if the require we can be connect in a fraction of minute and everywhere if you are in a cafe and you want to check your mail id you can do it easily using of C640.
