[Test] Sony VAIO VPCW21Z1E/W - possibility to change to AHCI
#1
hello @ all,

want to change the SATA settings to ' AHCI ' but this Insyde H2O Bios is very limited.

but it's booting really fast, the only thing what i like.

try to find Original Bios, but no luck at all.

it would be great, if i can install ' Snow Kitty ' on this Netbook Big Grin, because the performance of this ' W7 starter edition' is awful Dodgy

" Insyde H2O Bios 3.5 - R0240E2 "

Sorry for Delay ! Angel

here's the Original Bios, Backup from Netbook, because didn't found anywhere else.

Why there's a ' closed BIOS ' anyway, what if a hardware, e.g. Bluetooth not working and i can't even deactivate it in Bios ?

first One is the backuped Original!
the second one in ZIP format is modified SLIC 2.1 Rom, because of W7!

thx

What menus can you see in original bios?

There's 6 menus present in this, Main, Exit, Boot, Security, Power and Advanced

Which of them can you see?

3 days means i have a life too out of the forums Smile And ths bios is the kind of bios that for me is hard to unlock cause i don't have a machine running it to make tests locally.

So if you are in hurry for this i'm sorry, but i can't go faster.
