P7P55D-E Deluxe
#1
Hi,

I would like to know if there is a moded bios for Asus P7P55D-E Deluxe with all the mods on it, with Slic with updated Marvell and whatever else is upgraded or moded or at least an upgraded marvell controller.

Thanks

Probably not... Link/attach it. Though I can't do any mods right this second...

Feel free to use/link/host any BIOS I post, no credit necessary. However, this is at your own risk and I take no responsibility. Always keep a backup of a known-good BIOS. Don't flash a motherboard if you don't have a backup computer just in case.

Always use RAID mode. RAIDFix

What to attach ?

And also btw, I've tryed to flash the marvell rom from station-drivers.com but after reboot the old firmware is restored. Is there a workaround ?
Also I can't flash my mb to an older bios.

Thanks

The latest version of the unmodded BIOS from Asus... attach it or directly link it.

Oh thanks.

Here is the latest Asus bios.

And how can I flash back to an older version ?

Use the DOS flasher - there's a command line switch that will let you do it, but I forget what it is.

I am not sure about the firmware for the 88SE9120. I can try giving you the 88SE9123 firmware, but I don't know if it will work. It could brick your Marvell controller. Let me know if you want to try it. Here's one with Intel Matrix RAID 11.0, JMicron JMB363 1.07.28, but no Marvell changes.

Hi,

I have 9123 controller, not 9120, can you add also 9123 firmware ? Smile

Thanks a lot again.

Weird that the stock BIOS says the OROM is for 1B4B:9120... Well, I updated the firmware (modules E6/E7) and that OROM and also inserted the same OROM at 1B4B:9123, so hopefully it will work...

Hi,

I've flashed with the provided bios and everything seems fine.
The only thing is that after flashing from bios with ez flash, at boot marvel flashed again, and now it shows only 1.5G instead of 3G. Maybe it has a protection or something. Don't know. Can it be 9120, but everywhere is listed this mb as with 9123.

Thanks
