USB Stick 2Gb or less, original bios, then format usb stick as FAT32, let's assume it's got drive letter x assigned. Then you must create this folder structure.

x:\HEWLETT-PACKARD\BIOS\Current

Then from the original bios updater take the 01488F23.bin file and copy it to the "Current" folder then rename to 01488.bin

This makes the USB Stick ready to recover your laptop. Now remove AC cord, and battery pack, open laptop and remove cmos battery for a couple of minutes.

Put back cmos battery, plug USB Stick on USB port, press and hold WIN-B keys, connect AC cord and press power on (keep WIN-B pressed all the time and after 10 seconds of power on) you should see usb activity on the usb stick. Your bios should be recovering.

If the WIN-B combo does not work, repeat the procedure but press all four arrows (cursor movement keys) instead.

this does not worked for me... i used a 1gb and a 128mb pen drive, but the only things that happen is that the pc from time to time read from the pen, nothing more

If it reads from the pendrive then you must wait, all process is done blindly, with black screen. It must reboot itself when finished.

Anyway, there is a method to remove this whitelist from my rsa signed bios? or a way to force the bios accept my new wifi card?

Well it depends, for instance my laptop is a 4100 series which is one series up from the 3020 and I got lucky with it being an RSA signed bios that it didnt semibrick. The only way to tell with any certainty would be to download a copy of the newest bios file for the laptop you want to get and see if andy's tool tries to decrypt it when you load it. That will tell you whether it is signed or not, but wont tell you if it will brick.

True, you only know if PC semibricks after flashing a mod. It also can boot a dozen times well and then suddenly semibrick. Some of the machines must trigger a check randomly over the bios signature, not only over crc/checksum before boot and then it semibricks.
