There is BIOS version 1.3 at the Toshiba site, you just have to click on the + sign, then they will expand the BIOS version from 2.00 to 1.00, then choose the BIOS version you want to download.

Still not working RSDT OEM Table ID still same (oiyf)
But then i run Windows 7 Loader version 1.7.4 and the Loader succesfully activated Windows 7 and changed the SLIC OEM Table ID and RSDT OEM Table ID to TOSASU00. Thanks any way
