Advanced BIOS Menu for HP dv4 1275-mx

Hi, I'm trying to install Win8 on a SSD but it won't boot unless I have the SSD on IDE mode on first boot.
*already checked on Microsoft support.
I found some threads about AHCI/IDE and for default the dv4 came with the AHCI mode on.

It's a HP DV4 1275-MX
I dont know but if needed here's my PCID: 01110002141010000
