ASUS Rampage Extreme - unlock hidden settings

Hello,

I`m trying to unlock VT-d on my board ASUS Rampage Extreme, but this setting missing from BIOS. Mainboard chipset (Intel x48 chipset) is VT-d capable, just must enabled from BIOS. Can any help me to unlock my BIOS? Last 3 BIOS versions is attached to this post.

can someone at least tell me, is it possible to "unlock" or turn on VT-d on Asus Rampage Extreme. Can any help me, where to read?

From Asus website:
FAQ: Does ASUS X48 based MB support Intel VT-D?
Solution: This feature is supported on hardware level, however, it also requires BIOS to active this function. So far we have not plan to support it.
