I have seen this posted in the forums previously, but all the links are dead.

Bought a new wifi card for my laptop, but this card seems to not be whitelisted. I was hoping someone has a fix to remove the whitelisting from this bios.

Link to Bios: http://download.lenovo.com/UserFiles/Dri...CN43WW.exe

Thank you and any help is very appreciated.

Hey Guys,

I just signed up to the boards as I am a new member here now. I have a Lenovo v570-1066 with a 6150 Wireless Mini Pci - FCC ID - PD9612BNXHU.

I recently purchased an Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 Wireless + Bluetooth Card. Assembling was very easy, but when I try to reboot the System, an error occurs:

"104-Unsupported wireless network device detected. System halted. Remove device and restart."

Original Bios:
http://mobilesupport.lenovo.com/us/en/do...s/ds027341

Cheers.

Here is an update.

I found an older Bios Version and my Bios version/date now states 44CN36WW 7/11/2011.

Please provide me with the modded whitelisted version of the new Bios as well as how to install your modded version.

Cheers.

Manufacturer : LENOVO
Motherboard Model : V570
Bios Revision : 44CN36WW
Bios Type : Phoenix UEFI

Please help me. I just purchased a new Wireless card an Intel 6235 Wireless + Bluetooth.

Well, what can I say I signed up for some assistance and made my first thread regarding some help white listing my bios for a Lenovo V570. I have 58 views on my thread and no responses. I ended up taking things into my own hands and went through one of the mods Bios Repositories and downloaded an older version and the latest version. With no instructions on which bios updates and files to do... I manged to White list my bios using his files and my new Intel 6235 Wireless + Bluetooth 4.0 adapter is working like a fricken brand new MUSTANG! Anyhow, I just wanted to say thank you for helping others whom you managed to reply to.

So for all the Lenovo B570, V570, G570 etc... the new Intel Wireless 6235 with Bluetooth 4.0 is working like a champ with a white listed Bios. Please do this at your own risk. You can brick your motherboard. Please ensure that you know how to flash a bios before going through any of the threads. Key of advice search for "lenovo v570" and select the Removed white listed thread.

Cheers, and good luck to all of you.

Hello rtrfisher,

I am going to move this thread to the Whitelist Removal Requests forum so that it can get more attention from Whitelist removers.

!!!!!PLEASE READ!!!!!! Our Ukrainian friends are undergoing atrocities right now and need support. There are two things you can do for starters:

1.) Donate to one of various organizations offering medical, military, and psychological support to those impacted: Support Organizations

2.) Combat misinformation on social media.

Also, please feel free to PM me if I have not replied again about your BIOS mod request after 5 days.
