TMP 255-MG Bios Unlock

Hi All,

I'm going to slic this bios and also want to use AMIDEDOS.EXE on my machine for some reason but can not do this. Whenever i try to save bios or use AMIDEDOS i got error messages.

I think this bios is write protected and i can't disable this option via bios setup menu; there is no button or selection to do this.

Can you help me?

Ok friend,
prepare an USB Dos Formatted Bootable Stick and copy files from FPT 9.5 folder into It and boot from that USB in Dos, then run flash.bat !

Thank you so much for unlocked bios features but i still have a problem.
I need to use AMIDEDOS utility but it still shows every string that i want to edit as Read Only. How can we fix this?

if I understood what You mean, You want to edit DMI strings into NVRAM space of Bios Laptop ? It's true ?
You want to change that parameters ?
You have to use Acer DMI Toolkit (Dos tool to mod DMI, Asset, activate SLP, etc.), so look here :

I did what you told and solved my problems but now facing with another issue.
When i try to insert acer sliv BIN file into BIOS.BIN via phoenixtools 2.54; it seems done but after rebooting and using slictoolkit 3.2 with admin rights that show me there is no SLIC table...

I know this is not the place for this kind of request but we began with you and i want to try my chance What's your advice? To wait for your another favour or upload it as a new post to insyde slic requests section?

but as You wrote was not working, so now I have done two Mods yet,
