Dell Poweredge T410

Looking for a modded BIOS for a Dell Server. I'm mainly looking for over and underclocking options that might be hidden in there somewhere. At a minimum It would be helpfull to disable Intel speed step for my soon to be X5670 xeon(s) and give some new life to the old 1366 platform.

Did someone ever make a SLIC 2.3 BIOS for this? I need it too.
