bios mod for AR71ZU Phoenix R2090J8 bios

Hello all,

Its great to see all the support and guidance this forum has provided over the years. I would like to modify my Vaio AR71ZU, Phoenix R2090J8 bios Yes, the one with limited access to the bios features

So I have read a lot on the forum and it all seem very daunting especially bricking the PC, could someone help with the modify and step by step process of flashing the bios please?
