With BDMaster's mod, swept the dahm whitelist check function away. and doing a simple erase, program and check cycle on my SPI Programmer. my newly installed Intel 7265 AC wireless card now works perfectly. just the same like https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-R...6#pid83126. I should donate for this excellent professional work. but I don't have a suitable credit card for a paypal account, however, BDMaster helped mod the BIOS just for free. I have no words to express my gratitude except thanks. for you wonderful man.

so I get "failed to disable write protection for the bios space"
do I need to do anything either than buy a programmer and flash with it?

Have You disabled Secure Boot and Set Legacy Bios USB ?
Have You got Error 28 or 280 ?
If all is done and out of luck then only SPI PGM ($30,00)

I've set the bios to legacy usb, but the secure boot option is gone and the error is 280, anyways I've bought the spi so now a waiting game.
btw how did you block it, I've looked into it with IDA pro, but couldn't find the infinite loop, I've found the subroutine that displays the wifi error message...went to the referencing code, but no luck from there
