Ok I have some news. I found an old BIOS and downgraded to it. Then I tried your v1.11_MOD with Winflash and the other GUI program, this is now the error:

Try to flash the standard method v1.11_MOD

The "other GUI Program" is the standard method. It's the winuptp.exe which actually just launches winflash64.exe
