Hello sir
Sir, I have a problem, I messed up with my BIOS and it was inaccessible, I brought my pc to someone who could flash it, It worked, but I seem to have lost Intel MEI service, I am sure that it is 100% a BIOS problem, my question is; can I flash it in any other way than I use to update it from Windows? like USB or CD or Linux? I need a guide and an original Lenovo G580-20157 (62CN97WW) firmware file.
I tried to find a proper location in this site to review my problem but I couldn't find :/ All I know is that you help people in this forum Wink
Thank you Smile

EDIT:
You once asked me for uploading (results.rar) file becasue I got some errors flashing my BIOS when I wanted to remove my whitelist; Here it is sir > https://www.dropbox.com/s/68085oep0vwgvn...s.rar?dl=0

So I need an extra hardware to dump my chip firmware?
Well I don't think I can do it, I think I'll just buy a new motherboard.
Thanks a lot sir for trying to help Smile

It's a no sense to buy a MoBo as You can go to the service and ask to rewrite
the Fimware which I can give You !

You can buy these tools for $30,00 or minus and try to make this job !
You have anyway to dismanteling the Laptop to remove the MoBo so to try
to use the SPI Programmer !

It's also hard or impossible to buy these things in Iraq, but there are many guys who have such tools, I will tell them my problem and see if they can fix it, if not, I will have to buy a new motherboard, it is 40$
