Hello,
Here are the files after sleep mode :
LENOVO-96CN30WW(V1.16)aftersleep.rom
Results after sleep

I bought these items to flash the bios, according to Exetico's advices in this thread :
CH341A 24 25 series EEPROM Flash BIOS USB Programmer output new
New SOIC8 SOP8 flash chip IC Test Clips socket adpter BIOS/24/25/93 programmer

So the error 280 won't be a problem?

Thank you

Anyway Sleep Bug is activated and You can flash the Bios Mod without the SPI PGM
just using the Sleep Mode !
So here You go :

http://rghost.net/8CFR9tPNZ

So unpack the Bios Mod file then copy modified folder into C: HD root place !
Then open a Comand Prompt with Admin Rights (CLI) and run this comands :

cd \

cd C:\modified

Then put the laptop into SLEEP mode and WAKE-UP It again so run these comand

fptw -f bios.bin -bios

(for win7 x64 use fptw64)
and look the result, You have to get PASSED after wote Bios.bin, then let me know !
Regards

Have You used the CLI = Comand Prompt with ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS ?
If yes then only the SPI Programmer can do this job !
Let me know
Regards

P.S. You have the SPI PGM so read the Chips and upload the files !

Yes i used command prompt with admin rights. I tried to reboot many times, put on sleep mode...
Just after a fresh reboot, when trying to flash, i have a 280 error, then after sleep, i have the error message i put in my last message. So the sleep bug is present but won't let me flash...
I don't have the SPI PGM yet, i ordered it on eBay and it's coming from China, but i'll put the files here as soon as i have it.
Thank you for your time, i'll be back Cool
