I checked your dump bios(is it??).
It already unlock "CPU/BIOS , Manageability Engine(me) , GbE Lan" to 0xff ,so it can read or write at will by INTEL FTP TOOL.

On my experience on my hp 3330 sff motherboard , i need desoldering chip from board and unlock it MEI area,then i can write it or backup complele bios(8mb) by fpt tool.
Original bios limits write bios by any tool.

At me at loading there is a check of the connected devices and here from it (922-Front USB 2 not Connected.
F1: Boot) or how can I get rid of it

On Hp machine ,if you don't connect some device ,it will error message.
Press f1 can contiune or connect device it show.

I plug everything in and audio and usb and still writes errors, audio and 1 usb (error 921) removed the jumper but error 922 also usb 2 does not work anyway !!! ???

Is it possible to unlock the Bios of an HP prodesk 400 g1 MT and to give it NVMe support?

I would like to insert a pci-e NVMe Expansion card and boot from it.
