Hi admin,

I just got the bios rom and flash my Toshiba A215-S5837. The system was flashed successfully however it's still SLIC 2.0 (checking using SLIC tookit V3.0)

Could you please check the rom again?

Please redownload the modded bios posted above , I have re modded the bios and included the correct certificate file to install

1. Copy and paste ******.XRM-MS certificate file into C-Drive.

2. After pasting this file into C-Drive, go to START - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - COMMAND PROMPT. Right click on Command Prompt and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

3. When Command Prompt opens, type at the prompt: slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\********.xrm-ms and hit the Enter Button. Wait for the Script Host to answer you with a message that the license was installed successfully....this could take a few minutes and so be patient.

4. After receiving the message that the license was installed successfully, type at the command prompt: slmgr.vbs -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-***** (Replace with any OEM SLP Product Key for your installed version of Windows 7 , they are not hard to find).Be Patient and wait for the message to say that the Product Key was sucessfully installed. After it says successfully installed, reboot the computer.

5. When you are back at your desktop, go to START - COMPUTER - right click on Computer and choose PROPERTIES and see if it is activated with an OEM product ID.

I have Bios 2.30, my coworker updated my BIOS while updating my Anti virus. Now I am getting Win7 error, since my bios got over written. Can you possibly tell me how to mod the new bios release to add Slic 2.1?
or can you mod it for me?

i have 2.3 current flashed. how do i over write the current 2.3 with this new one modded? do i need a specific software? perhaps a manual instruction?

Just run launcher.exe , if it doesnt let you update post back and we will look firther

paying it forward. thanh2h over at mydigitallife.info modded v2.30 of the bios for my satellite a215-s5837. i don't know if this will work for any other models. both links are for the same modded bios, second link added for redundancy. it worked flawlessly on my system, but i can't take responsibility for anyone bricking a system with it, so use at your own risk.
