Could you please tell me if there is any CPU volt O/C or any other O/C feature that could be unlocked.
I really need higher FSB voltage and AGP voltage.

Try Ctrl f1 and ctrl f9 but AGP voltage is available already under chipset configuration, and there is nothing hidden. Besides, there are TONS of options to work with.
