Dell Inspiron 1720 A09 Bios unlocking request

Here is a link to a verified SLIC 2.1 modified Dell Inspiron 1720 A09 Bios posted here (on another thread) by cyberpark.

Would someone be kind enough to check if some options could be unlocked?

I would particularely be interested in:

Ram speed (currently locked to 667, would be nice if it could go up to 800)

Intel Virtualisation

Raid 0 support (like it's brother the 1721, the 1720 has support for two hard drives and AHCI built in, but no support for raid like the 1721 does...)

Its a special dell bios which can be extracted from exe but can`t be modified for menus unlock .
I don`t knew the method for modifying special dell bioses like this .
I`m sorry for this .
