Hello

I did Upgrade the BIOS version, the A13, to version BIOS FOR DELL N7110 UNLOCKED UEFI BOOT AND OTHER MENUS by this method https://www.bios-mod...OCKED-UEFI-BOOTbo > Bios manufacturer's version of the A13 not shall be assisted by the UEFI and probably also the partitioning Schema GPT.

Installation started with Windows 8.1, during installation, the message Cheksum Errros, 3 x Erros Check Sum.

In addition to this message, everything went fully successful, laptop reset itself so I want etc.

In the next step, according to the cornet http://www.howtogeek...ioning-a-drive/>, at boot time of Windows 8.1 from the dvd ISO, zmiełem partitioning scheme from MBR to GPT, including such tool Shift + F10.

After you have placed your Windows 8.1 by typing in the Diskpart command ListDisk says that is GPT.

In walking around in the Bios of my Dell Inspiron N7110 I do not have this Menu UEFI.

How can I check if the Bios the uploader correctly?

Creating a Boorowalny PenDrive in Rufus, choose the GPT partitioning Scheme for UEFI-based computers. Under Bios as I try to boot from the boot from a Pen Drive, I received the following message: Operation System Not Found, despite the fact that the BIOS in the Deviances set booting from USB flash drive in the first place.

Very please help

Hi thanks for the replySmile
I have some doubts about this mod Bios A13:
-If Windows 8.1 in UEFI, it more efficiently than the Legacy?
-Whether the Bios is fully safe, i.e. whether or not damage my laptop?
-Is this a Mod Bios A13, introduces the possibility of firing two graphics cards under MAC OSX?
If it is necessary to shift from Mbr to Gpt, after uploading this fashion A13 Bios? Probably to GPT does not go to the system update from Apple MAC OSX.
Whether users of this laptop, as I have a Dell Inspiron N7110, able to write, how to keep laptop, after uploading this mod the BIOS everything is w100% ok?

Sincerely, Luke

Hi! My Dell is very OK, no errors, i recommed to change only this settings from Advanced -> Boot Configuration -> UEFI Boot: set ENABLE
