Dell 17r se (7720) BIOS recovery - can you help please?

Hi,
Can someone please extract me the BIOS files from this .exe (https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER0302897...720A17.exe), as I do not have another Windows machine to do it myself.

My 7720 suddenly decided to stop booting up and after exhausting every other possibility I have come to the conclusion that the BIOS is corrupt.
I would like to rewrite it from a usb stick but cannot extract the files and I cannot do anything on the 7720 itself at the moment either.
