That's an Insyde BIOS that already has ACER SLIC 2.1 Marker in it.
You just need to figure out how to enable it.

This DMI utility can be used to change the "Preinstalled OS" value on some Acer models , give it a go. Changing the Preinstalled Os to Windows 7 will unhide the slic although i cant remember if this tool works for windows 7
