[REQUEST] HP Pavilion dm4-2000 & dm4-2100 series Whitelist Removal

The bios posted earlier in the repository bricked my computer, so maybe a new bios mod to remove the whitelist would work?

I need this to work with a AR5B93 \VEN_168C&DEV_002A&SUBSYS_663211AD\REV_01\4&38794C5D&0&00E0
Any help would be great.

I found out that Insyde Bioses are RSA signed after 2012, so here is a version from 12-2011 which is for the HP DM4-2165Dx

Was looking to upgrade my laptop Wifi card to take advantage of my new router. Searched for prior topics, but they either seem to be for the older BIOS versions or the download links are dead. Here's the info:

thanks but that didn't work for me. got a message that my bios could not be back dated. but no worries. i found a wifi card that worked well enough. thanks for your help anyway.

You mention, you found a wifi card that worked "well enough". Which one did you get? Was it a Wireless AC card?

I have recovered from my BIOS death. I am still trying to install one of two Wireless AC cards (with Bluetooth). I wonder how much Windows 8 tries to interfere with you trying to apply a new BIOS? I was amazed that the last time I tried to apply the BIOS, I literally just tried over and over, and each time I noticed I got different results. Finally, one time it took, and I was able to apply the BIOS fix. That means, to me, that Windows is trying to prevent me from applying a BIOS whitelist removal. Perhaps I'm wrong.

Anyways, I'm back to my "willing to pay anyone for their help in removing the whitelist on my BIOS". I will make it worth your while.

Here you go! Unlocked 3 hidden tabs and removed the wifi and bluetooth whitelists. Enjoy The installer was made for Windows 7, but Windows 8 shouldn't be giving you too many issues with.
