PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4222&SUBSYS_10418086&REV_02
It doesn't seem to fit in that list in any combination. The best I can find in the list is 86 8086 2400 ??
Whitelist :
86801028F8
86801228F8
86801428F8
86801128F0
So my friend, this is little endians notation and You have to conver in big endians :
little endians big endians
86801028F8 ---> 80862810 F8
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4222&SUBSYS_10418086&REV_02 = 8086 - 4222 - 1041
big endians little endians
80864222 ---> 86802242
I found into BIOSCOD01 and BIOSCOD03 this ID so now I will invetigate.
I hope now It will be more clear for You !

Yes, it's clear Which BIOS file are you working with ? The original Toshiba Vista file or the one modded by Sml ? (he unlocked some hidden BIOS menus, seems to work fine for me)

Thank you for looking into it ! I already tried to tape Pin 20 on an Intel WiFi 5100, without success. I know that Pin 20 Disables Radio Switch, but what does Pin 51 do ? I haven't read about Pin 51 being involved in this problem until now.... Never mind, I've found this:
https://communities.intel.com/thread/51030
So Pin #20 is for WiFi soft switch and Pin #51 is for the Bluetooth part (if the card has one of those in addition to WiFi -- e.g. Intel 2230, 6235, 7260 etc.)
Taping pin 20 in my case (for Intel 5100) doesn't work and I think I know why. It seems that HP and Lenovo branded WiFi cards are blacklisting themselves in non-HP or non-Lenovo machines. So probably not a coincidence: all my spare WiFi cards that I tried in Toshiba Satellite A200 (and didn't work) are of either HP or Lenovo origin. I'll have to find a Toshiba or Dell branded WiFi card and tape pin 20 on it, it might work.
On the other hand, what do you think about this post of TTAV134, where he supposedly removed the whitelist in Toshiba A200 PSAE3 / PSAE6 ?

The problem is that the link is down and I can't seem to get any reply from TTAV134 about this. I've also posted a request here, no success:

It is very fortunate that an older (Feb 2011), no-whitelisted BIOS version was re-uploaded by AdnanOne (BIOS originally made by TTAV134) to MDL. I'll first check out that one with an HP-branded Intel 5100 WiFi card and I'll report back.
I hope this will work, so that we don't have to spent too much extra time with the new whitelist removal. Again, thanks a lot for your help !

Replaced Intel 3945abg with an old Broadcom b/g in Windows 7 x64... The difference is amazing. The 3945abg works well in x86 Windows, but the X64 drivers are horrid and Intel told me that they won't be updating the drivers for that chip anymore...
If WinPhlash tells you that it won't flash because the same version is already in the system, try another version of Winphlash... I had to use a slightly newer version of the 64-bit WinPhlash in Windows 7 x64.
Took a few months to get a reply from AdnanOne, the original individual who made the request to TTAV134, but thank G-D he returned to the forum and checked his Inbox...
Many thanks for your availability and courtesy to reupload them.
Regards "
I checked TTAV134 work and He modified only BIOSCOD01 !
Would be good to say if my modifies are working (his Mod has two bytes, mine only one and I modified BIOSCOD03 too It seems to be involved into Power control).
Let me know

Yeah, I also PM-ed AdnanOne and replied to me today He says that TTAV134's version works fine for him on a Toshiba A200-24A PSAE3 (the original Toshiba BIOS for it is identical to the BIOS for my PSAE6. Actually the same BIOS is provided by Toshiba on their website for all PSAE3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8). This is AdnanOne's response to my inquiry:
"Yes this BIOS is working without any issues ,
I used Intel 5300, ubiquiti sr71-e, JJPLUS Expressrange2 and other wifi card without problem
and I used Broadcom BCM70015 BCM970015 Crystal HD Video Decoder also.
I did not have to tape pin 20 in any of them.
I have two Toshiba A200-PSAE0E and A200-24A-PSAE3E all two of them are working perfectly."
I've checked TTAV's modded BIOS file (the rom file only, because I don't know how to extract BIOSCOD01 and BIOSCOD03 myself, to further interpret them) and these are the HEX intervals that are modified compared to the original:
047D28 - 047D48 : WiFi whitelist removal
0512C8 - 0523D8 : WiFi whitelist removal
07FDB0 - 07FF50 : SLIC 2.1
So what should I do now ? Can I trust TTAV134's mod or not ? Should we contact SML and ask him to repack your version of BIOSCOD01 and 03 (you said you can't manage to repack them). What do you think ?
*SML, are you reading this ? It'd be nice to chime in
