SLIC: https://www.sendspace.com/file/9eg5jz
ROM 1.70: http://66.226.78.22/downloadsite/BIOS/11...70)ROM.zip
Extracted file name: Z17EX7P1.70
Other BIOS downloads: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z170%20Ex...t=Download&os=BIOS
Motherboard Info: http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/Z170%20Extreme7%2B/
SLIC Requested: Either 2.1 or 2.3 from Asus or Dell
Tried with Phoenixtool 2.59 but no matter what I do, I either get an Error 9 - Index was outside the bounds of the array or unable to add SLIC code.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you! - Kelxin
Update:
I found the Phoenix Tool 2.64 which allowed me to SLIC it, but am unable to test the modified bios due to a secure check on the file. I looked at the file itself and it doesn't look like its encapsulated and looks a lot like the X99 Extreme 11 Bios that someone hand edited for me before. Anyone have any advice on how to pass the secure check when the file isn't encapsulated?
