Intel Corp. BIOS - enable RAM voltage setting?

I have an Intel DH55TC mobo. I can manually set RAM timings but the voltage is locked at 1.5v. Might it be possible to mod the BIOS to enable voltage?

*Mushkin Enhanced Blackline RAM 6-8-6-24 @ 1.65v currently running at 9-9-9-24 @ 1.5v. Please feel free to comment about the RAM, timings.
