Asus P8P67 Pro 2001 Asus 2.1 SLIC DYNAMIC & ASUS P8P67 Pro Permanent SLIC Mod

@DMAN999 I require your services once again. Here's the latest BIOS for the ASUS P8P67 Pro (I think the topic title should be edited to Rev 3.0, I'll see if I can do that).

BIOS version 2001 for ASUS P8P67 Pro Rev3.0

I'll have a RW-Everything report once I've installed it.

You can use this permanent Slic

Ok.

Three questions.

Just to confirm. Is this for Rev3.0 or Rev3.1?

I heard a rumor that permanent solutions can mess around with things like your MAC address? Is this true?

And finally, out of curiosity how does this permanent solution work (feel free to be as technical as you like).

Thanks

You are very quick to reply. Smile

I assume I run BIOSBAK then BIOSMOD? Or just BIOSMOD?

Thank you for being patient with me.

Ran BIOSBAK and BIOSMOD. Although it appears as if BIOSMOD didn't do anything.

I've looked in my BIOS and it wasn't updated. Does this mean it was unsuccessful?

do not have to unpack
You have created a flash running P8P67-PRO-ASUS-2001 PERMANENT.exe?
then boot from it run BIOSBAK and BIOSMOD
then check with the SLIC ToolKit http://www.bios.net.cn/Files/soft/biosfi...t_V3.2.rar
