It looks like my bios is dead. I ran afudos the machine rebooted and was stucked at bios boot. I powered off and reseted with the jumper and unplugged the battery but now i am stucked at bios boot. No F2 and no F12 possible. When i plug the usb key the bios seems to charge a bit more but still stuck.

So now you need a hardware programmer to recover BIOS.

Try to boot with other CPU.

Okay with original E4500 (core2duo) it boots. EDIT : I think i was able to reflash the original bios now.
