#1
Hey,

im looking for the unlocked Bios for this Device for quite some time.
it can be downloaded here : http://win7driversdownload.com/download-...windows-7/
(i can also dump it, if it is not extractable of this file)
heres some info on the Device and the Bios :
http://uk.ts.fujitsu.com/rl/servicesuppo...2.htm#BIOS
I would really really appreciate if someone would be so kind to help me out here.

Hello,
yes it seems there are many menues hidden, for example i tryed put in a UMTS mini pci-e card, but it didnt worked, it appears it has to be activatet in the bios. (thats what the Fujitsu partner store i asked said) However most of these charge more money for that bios unlock then i payed for the device...
Also my ram doesnt run at the right speed but i cant change that since nearly all menues in the Rom seems to be hidden.
would be absolutely great if someone would be so kind to unlock the menues.

Hey guys. How do I unpack this BIOS at all? Phoenixtool is throwing errors while trying to open the file

The 7-zip archiver can unpack it. Inside is the Phoenix BIOS file "ONEV113.ROM".

Wow, thanks for this hint! When I open ONEV113.ROM in Phoenix Editor, it says ROMEXEC not available. But when I unpack the file through Phoenixtool, ROMEXEC is there. How do I make Phoenix Editor see the file?
I can't get access to BIOS setup menus in Phoenix Editor. Is it related to the ROMEXEC issue?

I have a hint to work with such problematic BIOS. The easiest way to do this is to find another BIOS that opens with PBE correctly and replace its TEMPLAT and STRINGS modules taken from your Fujitsu. Keep them intact to a correct BIOS for editing purpose, dont forget to put them back when finished.
So, you won't get confused with ROMEXEC operations and you won't need to tinker with PBE debugging.

PBE doesn't have the option of replacing TEMPLAT00 through the menu (the "Change" button is inactive). If I use the menu to replace STRINGS, the content on the screen doesn't get updated. Replacing these files in the TEMP folder doesn't do anything either. Can you try to do this on your side please and if it works out let me know how you did it?
I have also tried putting these files into the TEMP folder and write-protected them before opening the correct BIOS, but I got an error in the end.

Deal.
And I will also unlock the BIOS settings all the way.
